Looking take your event to the next level?

Are you turning 5 or 55? Tara Linn Dance Company has the space to host your event. Dance and Tumbling Instructor lead parties or rent the space for a graduation/reception or other small event. The front of the studio has a medium sized sitting area including chairs and couches. 2 medium sized open areas. A large back room with a separate entrance and men and women’s wheelchair accessible bathrooms.

Parties and other events must be booked in advance with Tara Rodriguez’s approval at least 1 month in advance. Any dance or tumbling equipment will be put away unless it is an instructor lead dance/tumbling birthday party.

We have limited party supplies that can be provided. Along with 2 8ft tables and 16 folding chairs. Outside food and drinks are welcome. We also have a residential fridge/freezer and microwave that would be available with advanced notice.

(NO ALCOHOL or SMOKING of any kind is allowed)

**All Rental fees have a 50% deposit due at time of booking.

**Liability and Release Waiver forms are required for all rentals. Any Dance and/or Tumbling parties will also require each attendee to have a signed waiver.

**Birthday Parties at TLDC

1.5 hours Dance & Tumbling Party - $150.00 for members $175.00 for non-members for 12 children (after 12 guests an additional $10.00 per child is charged)

1 hour Tumbling Party - $75.00 for members $100.00 for non-members for 12 children (after 12 guests an additional $10.00 per child is charged)

1 hour Dance Party - $60.00 for members $75.00 for non-members for 12 children (after 12 guests an additional $10.00 per child is charged)

**Rental Area Size and Capacity

Front Seating Area Only - 40ft x 10ft *Couches and Chairs can be rearranged to fit your needs. (Max Capacity 20)

Front Half (Seating area and Center) - 50ft x 40ft with split down the middle (Max Capacity 85)

Large Green Room - 40ft x 40ft *Completely open area with 2 walls of outlets, private double door entrance and closest to the bathrooms. (Max Capacity 65)

Full Building Rental Area - (Max Capacity 150)

**Rental is charge in 4, 6 and 12 hour time blocks.
